When you turn closed captioning on you (of course) get text on the screen...however...when there's just music on the screen you get these little musical symbols...are they taunting deaf people? "HA HA, there's music here and you can't hear it!!" That's just mean, closed captioning folks are mean.

I would like to draw your attention to a movie being released on DVD here in the US on this Tuesday. The movie is called Kung Fu Hustle and is a comedy. It did quite well in theatres and although the end is very weak (I guess because of time restrictions?) the majority of the movie is incredibly entertaining. Get it!

I just got a spam email for "quick tail" and I thought to myself...how fast can it really be? I mean, if you want to do a quick tail then you fopen, fseek, then read backwards until you reach the specified number of lines and output them...right? Well apparently the contents of the email showed that the spammer had the more "mature" idea of tail in his mind. Seriously, can't you people stay on track and use tail in its proper context?

Well, still sick but I believe I might be at the cusp of either full recovery or entry into the big battle for an extra couple days of sickness. Today I had a lot of sugar (which the body needs) as well as a good helping of grains and complex carbs for longer term energy. Now...I shall sleep and hopefully be energized upon waking.
